1. Introduction

Welcome to Go Onward Ticket (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Nature of Service

Go Onward Ticket provides flight reservations and hotel booking confirmations for documentation purposes (e.g., visa applications, immigration checks, proof of onward travel/accommodation). Flight reservations are arranged through licensed travel agencies and create a valid booking with a unique PNR that can be checked on airline systems. These are not paid flight tickets, do not include a 13-digit e-ticket number, and cannot be used for boarding. Hotel booking confirmations are issued solely as proof of accommodation; they include a reservation/confirmation number and are not valid for check-in or stays. Each booking is valid for a limited time (typically 2–14 days) and will automatically expire after that period. We are not a transportation or accommodation provider and do not supply actual travel or stays.

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a booking.
• You will not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

Our services are not available to, from, or within the following jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. We will not process any orders or payments originating from these jurisdictions. Any attempted transaction from these regions will be automatically declined.

5. Orders & Delivery

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD). If your bank uses another currency, it may convert the amount and add fees.
• Reservations are created once payment is successfully processed.
• Bookings are usually delivered within 5–60 minutes during working hours. Delivery time may vary based on system load or airline response.
• Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
• After we issue your flight reservation or hotel booking, we can’t modify it. To update any details, submit a new booking.

6. Refund Policy

• Once a reservation is processed and delivered, it is non-refundable.
• If a flight reservation or hotel booking can’t be fulfilled due to technical issues or airline/property unavailability, we’ll refund or offer an alternative.
• If duplicate charges or accidental multiple orders occur, we will review them and issue a refund for any verified duplicates.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear will depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Limitations of Liability

Go Onward Ticket is not responsible for any consequences arising from the misuse of our documents, including denial of entry, visa refusal, or fines. We are not affiliated with any airline, embassy, or immigration authority. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

8. User Responsibilities

• Ensure that your personal details (name, travel dates) are accurate at the time of booking.
• Contact our support team immediately for corrections. Once issued, modifications may not be possible.
• Misuse of our Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of service and legal action.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected only to process your booking and deliver your reservation. For details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
